The Cosumnes River is the southern boundary of the area of the Sacramento Area Creeks Council, Laguna Creek Watershed Council, and Valley Foothill Watersheds Collaborative’s sphere of activity and influence. For issues on the boundary the organizations work with other stakeholders.
